The prosecution has started a procedure against Tom kaulitz because of the suspicion of simple assault..said spokeman wiliam möllers. The lawyer of the french girl pressed charges against the guitarrist last friday...According to the manager david jost..the woman is a stalker who have persecuted and attacked the band and her family members. So far...the prosecution has no evidence about this and have recieve no contra-indications. Tom Kaulitz is been offered to be heard.
